Loving The Foliage

There is this gorgeous blooming tree here in San Jose. It is bluish purple and it is everywhere. Streets completely lined on both sides - absolutely gorgeous.

The tree is called jacaranda. Apparently it blooms twice a year - how cool.

I keep forgetting to take my camera to give you an idea of what I see, but here is one I found in Flickr.
