Blemishes

I was the lucky one as a teenager and didn’t have a problem with acne. I had plenty of other problems to make me a target of ridicule and extremely self-conscious so don’t get jealous too soon.

However since I turned 40, I have had more blemishes than my entire teenage years. Go figure.

I’ve been searching for some natural acne treatment.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. I started getting professional microdermabrasion once a month about 3 years ago and it makes ALL the difference. Granted we are talking $100 bucks per treatment so it is a bit pricey - but worth it, my skin looks fabulous! This is my one big cosmetic indulgence.

On a more affordable scale, consider trying Philosophy Microdelivery Peel. It is totally affordable at $65 dollars and works really well. It's even been argued that these home kits are just as good as a professional treatment. I have used it many times as well as given the kit as gifts to my female relatives and they all love it. Definitely worth a try!

Philosophy is a great company with some excellent products. Oprah voted their "Hope In A Jar" moisturizer one of her favorite things.
