Consumer Feedback

Awhile back I discovered Zazzle. You can see the little shirt shop and link in my right hand column.

I created several shirts for gifts that were a fantastic hit. I love their shirts. Their imprint is bright and professionally done.

However, Zazzle doesn't offer many options for larger women shirts. They have great size, style and color options for men, and really cute shirts, styles and colors for regular size ladies. But like so many retailers - they forget that some of us are larger busted and/or bellied and we don' t like looking like stuffed sausages.

So I experimented with CafePress. They have some options with "V" neck for women (love that V). However, color options are limited - black or white. But I had a couple shirts made to see how they look.

Not so pleased. The imprinting is poorly done. It looks like that t-shirt shop in the mall back in the 80's where you could design your own shirt while you wait - and it looked like you did it yourself. It isn't good when it starts out looking faded.

The shirt is thin and cheap (not in price). And where the imprint is and the area surrounding it - the texture has changed. It is like the "iron on" is there too and makes it kind of rubbery and even worse, causes hair to stick to it like a magnet.

This isn't a good thing when you have this around you at all times:

So, while you are preparing your Christmas gift shopping list - think about Zazzle. You can shop from shirts already created by many talented and funny folks - or you can put that funny saying that Uncle Bud always says at every family reunion on a shirt for him for Christmas.

Do it with Zazzle - it will always come out great!

You-hoo ---- yes, I'm home. I've just been lurking here, not commenting, not blogging. In a funk, ya know? I'll try and update, honestly. . .

Thanks for the tip - I've only used CafePress in the past.

What a sweet little fur ball. I hope you have a good vacuum!
