Summer Salad Days

It is hot, humid and we are packing (did I mention we were moving?).

So it is summer salad time. I made panzanella yesterday.

God I love that stuff. I have decided it is the croutons that make it so damn good.

My recipe? Not really mine - you can't beat Michael Chiarello's. However, I did use baby spinach instead of arugula. Easier to find and sweeter.
