Don't Hate Me

I am almost afraid to say this, but I don't like knitting. Not just the act, of which I have never done or desire to do, but the projects. They remind me of the afghans we used to get as kids from our grandmother. Nice thought, but itchy and ugly.

There is a reason I am taking the time to say this - I am not just here to diss knitters and make them feel bad - I found something knitted that I love!

I recently discovered www.etsy.com and I highly recommend you take time to browse. They are like ebay but all handmade items and not auctions.

Their Time Machine is so cool to randomly discover works of art like this beauty. I had a difficult time choosing just one to post for you, so here is another (hee hee).

So here I am eating crow and loving it.
