Ponder This...

If you lost your eyesight, what ways do you think your notion of a perfect lover would change?

I don't think that my idea of the perfect lover would change at all. I do think that most people would reconsider a lot of the physical attributes they normally would be using to judge their attraction to someone else, because they would have to go by what they can hear, and how that person feels, and smells, and hopefully most important, the way the person is to them. I haven't read this book, but I know I already have a vision of my perfect love, and I know that wouldn't change no matter what kind of disability I could be afflicted with.

Good answer. I think it would free us up to love completely. We could lose our own self consciousness and enjoy ourselves with our lover.

I think it would also require more trust.
