Okay, I know I might be exaggerating a tad, but this tip is worth saving.
I made these cute little mini pumpkin pies. Standard recipe, nothing fancy here. Why fix something that isn't broke? But instead of cutting out circles for the crust, I used a flower cookie cutter and it gave me a nice scalloped edge, but best of all - no folds or wrinkles in the crust.
It really is the simple things in life.
